We believe it’s important for all homeowners to know the details before making the decision to buy boiler and central heating cover, so there are no surprises.
Gas Boiler Only Cover: This is £10 per month and includes an annual boiler service. There is an excess fee of £60, which is only payable if work is carried out on a broken boiler.
Gas Boiler & Central Heating Cover: This is £12 per month and includes an annual boiler service. There is an excess fee of £60 which is only payable if work is carried out on a broken boiler.
Boiler & Central Heating Cover: This is £19.99 per month and designed to meet all your needs. This cover plan includes an annual boiler service, unlimited repairs on boilers, central heating & hot water, parts and labour and no excess fees.
Here is a list of some of the key elements that we are unable to assist with:
- Breakdowns that involve the plumbing and electrical systems outside of the boiler and direct heating system
- Maintenance or remedial work, including any costs for remedial work or parts for any pre-existing faults
- Tests of gas installation pipework (unless there’s a known or suspected gas escape)
- Issues and repairs related to the external water supply lines that do not directly affect the operation of the boiler or central heating system
- Damage that is purely cosmetic and does not affect the function or safety of the boiler or heating system
- Costs associated with upgrading your boiler or heating system to a newer model or version.
